Shipping and returns

Dispatch time
We hand parcels to GoGo Xpress on Tuesdays and Fridays. Their same day pickup closes at 10am, so an order in before 10am on one of those days goes out that day and anything later goes on the next one. Four days at the very worst.
Delivery, Metro Manila
GoGo Xpress quotes 3 days from the day they collect it.
Delivery, provincial
GoGo Xpress quotes 5 to 7 days from the day they collect it.
Delivery, international
We do not ship outside the Philippines yet.
Shipping cost
Metro Manila ₱100, Luzon ₱180, Visayas ₱215, Mindanao ₱235. Charged once per order, not per paddle.
Free shipping
Two paddles or more, delivered inside Metro Manila.
Couriers
GoGo Xpress, nationwide.
Returns window
7 days from delivery, unused and in original condition.
Return shipping paid by
You. The exception is a paddle that arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, where we pay, because the Consumer Act does not let us charge you for our own mistake.
Warranty
6 months from delivery, against manufacturing defects. Your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines apply on top of this and are not limited by it.

Unused paddles in original condition can be returned. Paddles showing court wear are not returnable except under warranty. The full policy, including who pays return shipping and how refunds are paid out, is on Shipping and Returns.

What is covered

Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from delivery, to the original buyer with proof of purchase. Delamination, core separation, face lifting, a handle that works loose from the throat, and edge guard failure that is not impact related.

Not covered

Normal play wear, surface abrasion, edge guard scuffs, grip wear, cosmetic marks that do not affect play, and damage from misuse, paddle tapping, or throwing.

To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the paddle.

Looking after a raw carbon face

  • Use a pickleball eraser between sessionsBall residue fills the peel-ply texture and dulls it. An eraser lifts it out; a damp cloth or solvent polishes the face instead
  • Keep it out of a hot carSustained heat is the fastest way to stress any bonded core
  • Use a cover in the bagMost face damage happens in transit, not in play
  • Replace the grip, not the paddleA fresh overgrip restores most of what a worn handle takes away
