Unused paddles in original condition can be returned. Paddles showing court wear are not returnable except under warranty. Full terms sit in the Terms of Service.
What is covered
Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for from purchase, to the original buyer with proof of purchase. Delamination, core separation, and edge guard failure that is not impact related.
Not covered
Normal play wear, surface abrasion, edge guard scuffs, grip wear, cosmetic marks that do not affect play, and damage from misuse, paddle tapping, or throwing.
To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the paddle.
